Merger of Mercedes-Benz Tech Motion and Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation
Mercedes-Benz Tech Motion GmbH and Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation GmbH will be merged. The merger will take effect in summer 2025. From then on, we will operate as one company under the name Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation.
